IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will oversee and manage the information technology systems and services for our company in Sheduva. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your role will also involve developing and implementing new IT strategies to improve efficiency, security, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure all systems are running smoothly
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance
- Evaluate current systems and hardware, identify areas for improvement, and implement new solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide efficient solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology to recommend new tools or systems that could benefit the company
- Manage the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of network administration and data management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with various software applications, databases, operating systems, etc.
- Good understanding of data security practices and regulatory requirements

Preferred:
- Experience working in a similar role in Sheduva or other cities in India

Salary: $900 per month (Note: Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
