Bilingual Staff Assistant
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina. As a bilingual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our English-speaking staff and assist with communication between our Malayalee and Kenyan employees.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between English-speaking staff and Malayalee and Kenyan employees
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials from English to Malayalam and Swahili
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for both English-speaking and foreign employees
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for foreign employees, including visa applications and accommodations
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain accurate records of expenses related to foreign employee travel and accommodations

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Swahili (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a bilingual assistant or in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of cultural customs and etiquette in Saudi Arabia, India, or Kenya

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Sunday to Thursday. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
