In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network and systems to ensure their smooth operation. Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Manage network security measures such as firewalls and anti-virus software
- Install and configure network hardware and software
- Maintain network documentation, including configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting procedures
- Provide technical support for end users
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Identify areas for improvement in the network infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Stay current with advancements in networking technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role (salary: 1500$)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems (e.g. Active Directory)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Knowledge of system security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Effective communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Herzliya Israel. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Israel.
