Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Herzliya. As the Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our organization's computer network and systems. You will also provide technical support to our employees and ensure the security of our network. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking and system administration, as well as strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$, part-time hours, and includes accommodation. Indian candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade the organization's computer network
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide technical support to employees
- Monitor network performance to ensure maximum uptime
- Implement security measures to protect the network from external threats
- Install and configure hardware, software, and other equipment related to the network
- Regularly backup data to prevent loss in case of system failure or disaster
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), LAN/WAN technologies, routing/switching, firewalls, etc.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify complex problems quickly
- Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis is a plus
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
