Construction Manager in Sharjah, UAE


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work at the construction site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Prepare regular progress reports for upper management
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Note: This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Visa and ticket expenses will also be covered for international candidates. Canadian or Kenyan nationality preferred but not required. Fluency in English is required for effective communication on the job.
