Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Freshers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set goals and targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management
- Set individual targets for team members based on overall company goals
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to support overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
