Elevator Installer and Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator Installer and Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clairvaux, Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator installation and maintenance, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators based on blueprints and specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing elevators to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with elevators
- Replace or upgrade elevator parts when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in elevator installation and maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
