Architectural Designer


We are searching for a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical designs. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and strong design aesthetic will be crucial in bringing projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Create 3D renderings and models to present design concepts
- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Work with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects
- Understanding of sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of BIM software such as ArchiCAD or Vectorworks

This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1300 per month. We also offer accommodation options for those who prefer it. Visa sponsorship can be provided for non-EU citizens if necessary.
