Formwork Specialist
A leading construction company in Herzliya is seeking a highly skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and installing formwork structures on construction sites, ensuring that they meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine formwork requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to create formwork structures
- Install formwork structures according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Monitor the concrete pouring process to ensure proper placement and adequate support for the structure
- Inspect completed formwork structures for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Coordinate with other construction workers, including carpenters, masons, and engineers, to ensure smooth workflow on the job site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in carpentry or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to formwork installation
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with various tools and materials
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects
