Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings

As a Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings in Washington. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys and assessments, creating preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and ensuring compliance with historic preservation regulations. You will also be required to work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure the successful completion of projects.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural history and styles, as well as experience in conducting building assessments and developing preservation plans. You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural preservation
- Knowledge of local and national historic preservation regulations
- Experience conducting site surveys and assessments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. This role is open to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. English language proficiency is not required for this position.
