Administrative Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the company and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and organizing company events.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently are also important for this position. Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
