Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to join our team at one of the most luxurious hotels in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of staff to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues that may arise
- Manage reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy
- Work closely with department heads to set goals and targets for their teams
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Create budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's services and offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations systems, housekeeping procedures, food & beverage management, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1800$ per month (tax-free)
Nationality Preference: Pakistani or Canadian (non-native speakers are welcome)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager (freshers may be considered with relevant education and experience)
