Job Title: Sales Manager for Indian Market in Nizwa
As a Sales Manager for the Indian market in Nizwa, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase our market share and revenue. Your main goal is to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Indian market
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
