Sales Manager - Sofia, Bulgaria (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Sofia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through effective communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Present product/service information to clients and negotiate contracts
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and guidance as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Attend trade shows and events to promote company products/services

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the same industry (full training will be provided)
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month with the potential for commission based on performance.

This is a full-time position with no English language requirement. We welcome applicants without prior experience in this field.
