Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your primary duty will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment on construction sites.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to job requirements and safety guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Transport materials using the appropriate equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project success
- Adhere to all safety protocols on construction sites
