Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to lead and inspire a team of chefs. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have prior experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain budget control
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
- Maintain open communication with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining room operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
