Medical Ward Nurse


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Ward Nurse to join our team at a hospital in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in a medical ward setting, preferably with knowledge of Indian healthcare practices. This role requires someone who is able to work independently, yet also as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
- Assist with discharge planning and the transition of patients from the hospital to their homes or other facilities

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a medical ward setting
- Knowledge of Indian healthcare practices is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
