Mason - Stone Work Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Hawalli, seeking a skilled and experienced Mason - Stone Work Supervisor to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, and we are looking for someone with expertise in stone work to oversee the installation and maintenance of various stone elements on our job sites.

As a Mason - Stone Work Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of masons and ensuring that all stone work is completed to the highest standards. This includes overseeing the cutting, shaping, and installation of stone materials such as marble, granite, and limestone. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other tradesmen on the job site to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason
- Experience in stone work is required
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to read blueprints
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cutting, shaping, and installation of various stone materials
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans and specifications
- Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks accordingly
- Coordinate with other tradesmen on the job site for efficient workflow
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Hawalli, Kuwait. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Kuwait.
