Deputy Architect

Job Title: Deputy Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Deputy Architect, you will assist the Head Architect in designing and overseeing commercial projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, creating architectural designs, and collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met. You must have strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Head Architect to develop project plans that meet client requirements
- Create detailed architectural designs using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Review and approve construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Stay up-to-date with current building codes and regulations
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
