We are a well-established restaurant in Riyadh seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager with excellent English communication skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, budget, operations, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
- Create schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality food standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
