We are in search of a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial architecture, with a strong understanding of design principles and building codes. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various commercial projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and budget. The candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions for commercial projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
- Conduct site visits to gather project requirements and assess feasibility.
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD or other design software.
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
- Work closely with contractors and vendors to select materials and finishes that align with the project budget.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources.
- Provide guidance to junior architects or interns on projects as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience managing project timelines and budgets is preferred.

Benefits:
This is a contract position offering a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. We welcome applications from Pakistani or Filipino nationals who are fluent in English. Candidates must have their own visa for working in Luxembourg.
