IT Manager - Acre, Israel

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure. This includes managing our network, hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and functionality of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage software and hardware upgrades and installations
- Oversee the security of our systems and data
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to our current systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including training and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system administration
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with biometric passport systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
