Contract Baker

We are seeking a skilled Contract Baker to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items according to recipes and quality standards. You must have prior experience as a baker and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Shape, proof, and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery items
- Decorate cakes and other desserts as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Excellent time management skills
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred)
- Experience working with sourdough (preferred)
