Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dickirch. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to customers
- Ensure quality control in all aspects of beverage preparation
- Operate espresso machine, coffee grinder, and other equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including tables, counters, and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1600$
Location: Dickirch (no English language skills required)
Employment type: Contract (without accommodation)
