Indian Farmer in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Indian Farmer to join our farming team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong background in farming techniques and practices. As an Indian Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our farm, including planting, harvesting, and caring for crops. You will also be responsible for overseeing a team of farm workers and ensuring that all farming operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, free visa and ticket provided. Accommodation is not included.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
- Monitoring crop health and implementing pest control measures as needed
- Managing irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution to crops
- Supervising a team of farm workers and providing training as needed
- Maintaining equipment and machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Keeping accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other important data
- Collaborating with other farmers to share knowledge and best practices
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in agriculture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a farmer
- Strong knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control methods
- Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery safely
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
