Farm Supervisor



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and equipment maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing a team of farm workers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily farm activities according to seasonal schedules
- Supervise a team of farm workers and assign tasks as needed
- Ensure all crops are planted, watered, and harvested in a timely manner
- Monitor crop health and implement measures to prevent pest infestations or disease outbreaks
- Maintain farm equipment and schedule repairs or replacements as necessary
- Keep accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and other important data
- Implement safety protocols for all workers on the farm

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on a farm, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of farming techniques, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance
- Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work long hours outdoors
- Fluency in any language is required

Salary:
We offer competitive salary starting at 1300$ per month depending on experience and qualifications.
