We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. Your main duties will include mixing and applying various types of plaster, smoothing and leveling surfaces, repairing cracks and holes, and ensuring a smooth finish.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer and possess excellent knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials. You should also have good physical stamina and be able to work with precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or debris
- Mix and apply various types of plaster
- Use different tools such as trowels, brushes, or spray guns to apply plaster
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand or power tools
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster
- Ensure a smooth finish by sanding or polishing surfaces
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or using power tools
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer (at least 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for an extended period of time
- Good communication skills in order to understand client requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
