We are a busy coffee shop in Jizan seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure quality control by properly grinding, tamping, and brewing espresso shots
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and allergens to make recommendations to customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and welcoming service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with customers in a timely manner
- Keep the coffee shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with various coffee brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Jizan. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Jizan without accommodation.

Note: This job is open to Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. Graduates are welcome to apply. Own visa or transferable visa preferred.
