Architecture Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1800$, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in developing construction plans and designs
- Oversee the preparation of project proposals, including budget estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Review and approve design changes, specifications, and material selections
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with the approved plans
- Maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
