Sales Manager: Lom, Togo
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lom, Togo. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
