Sales Manager for Indian Market in Kaunas, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Indian market sales team in Kaunas. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will be expected to have experience in the Indian market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Indian market in Kaunas
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Knowledge of Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior is highly preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with commission based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from India who are willing to relocate. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
