Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month.
City: Kaunas, Lithuania.
