Machine Learning Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Washington. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and improve our products/services. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop innovative solutions using machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models for data analysis and prediction.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify business problems and design solutions.
- Conduct research to identify the best approach for solving a given problem.
- Utilize tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras for developing models.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for better performance.
- Design experiments to evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases is preferred.
