Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Manage and monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Procure necessary materials and equipment for construction projects
- Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Indians and Pakistanis are encouraged to apply. English proficiency is not required for this role.
