We are in search of an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal parts and structures for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in welding and be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. You must also possess a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position also requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Israeli nationals. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine welding requirements
- Select appropriate welding techniques based on project specifications
- Clean, prepare, and set up welding materials
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor welds for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Welder
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physical strength, stamina, and ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
