Moderator for Online Community (Malayalee)


We are in need of a skilled Moderator to join our growing online community of Malayalees in Clairvaux. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our members to connect and share their experiences. You will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines, and responding to member inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on the online platform
- Enforce community guidelines to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns
- Engage with members to foster a sense of community and encourage positive interactions
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop new initiatives and activities for members

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Prior experience as a moderator or in community management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
- Passionate about creating an inclusive community for Malayalees
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
