Job Title: Information Security Analyst

We are hiring an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a member of our information security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's information assets. You will work closely with other IT professionals to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Monitor and analyze security logs to identify and respond to potential threats
- Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on new security threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop incident response plans and conduct drills to test their effectiveness
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Conduct training sessions for employees on safe computing practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in information security analysis or related role
- Knowledge of network security protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nmap and Nessus
- Familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Experience working in a cloud-based environment (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, Java) for scripting purposes
- Familiarity with SIEM tools such as Splunk or LogRhythm

Salary: $1100 per month
