Collections Agent


We are hiring a Collections Agent to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect overdue payments. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses via phone, email, or mail to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Research and investigate any discrepancies or disputes regarding payments
- Meet weekly and monthly collection targets set by management
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive and difficult situations

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalees and Canadians are preferred)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is an asset
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodation (no English language required)
