Instrument Technician

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Sheduva, Canada. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining and calibrating various instruments used in the manufacturing process. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly to guarantee the quality and efficiency of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy
- Identify and diagnose any issues with instruments and implement solutions
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and equipment performance
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:
- Diploma in Instrumentation or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs and motor controls
- Familiarity with industry standards for instrument calibration
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
