Milling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to create precise metal parts for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating milling machines and the ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month, free visa and ticket, and is open to both Filipinos and Kenyans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machines to produce metal parts according to specifications
- Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure precision and accuracy
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different materials or projects
- Regularly inspect machine for any issues or malfunctions and perform maintenance as needed
- Communicate with team members about project progress and any potential issues
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing or construction setting
- Ability to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and perform basic math calculations
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree in machining or related field
- Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machines
- Knowledge of different types of metalworking materials and their properties
