Sous Chef

We are in need of a skilled Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in São Paulo. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, creating new menus and dishes, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required. A competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered to the right candidate.
