Executive Chef in São Paulo, Brazil
We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, creating and implementing new menus, and managing and training kitchen staff. You should have a strong passion for cooking and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain menus that meet the restaurant's standards while incorporating seasonal ingredients
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to create new promotions or events centered around food
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Degree or certification in culinary arts preferred
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and styles
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary: $1000/month
