Sales Manager for Indian Market in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the Indian market. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue through effective strategies and management of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
- Set sales targets and monitor their achievement
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and production to ensure smooth operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the Indian market
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
