Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team at our florist shop in Dar Kulaib. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences and bringing their vision to life through your floral designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various occasions
- Source and order high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Maintain the shop's inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering any questions or concerns from clients
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and delivered to the correct location
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer
- Must have a valid visa for working in Dar Kulaib or be willing to obtain one with our sponsorship
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
- Excellent creativity skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift heavy objects

Preference will be given to female candidates.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus commission based on sales.
