Carpenter Supervisor

We are a construction company based in Albena seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of carpenters on our job sites. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in carpentry and previous experience as a supervisor. You must be able to communicate effectively with both English-speaking and non-English speaking employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for carpenters
- Ensure quality and timely completion of projects
- Supervise and train new carpenters
- Monitor inventory and order necessary materials
- Conduct safety inspections on job sites
- Communicate with project managers and clients as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry
- Previous experience as a supervisor or lead carpenter
- Ability to effectively communicate with English-speaking and non-English speaking employees
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
