Job Title: Loader Operator


We are currently seeking a Loader Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, and other vehicles
- Move materials within the site using the loader
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of loading processes
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Ability to read and understand work orders and safety guidelines
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other types of heavy machinery such as forklifts or backhoes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs on equipment

Salary:
$900 per month
