Electrical Engineer - Power Systems Analyst


As an Electrical Engineer - Power Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of power systems for our company in Vilnius. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize power distribution networks to ensure reliable and efficient operation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and propose solutions to improve system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct power system studies and analysis using simulation tools
- Identify potential issues and recommend solutions for power distribution networks
- Develop plans for optimizing system performance, reliability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
- Monitor power system performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on power system studies and analysis results

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in power systems analysis or related field
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as PSS/E, ETAP, or PowerWorld
- Strong understanding of power system components, including generators, transformers, switchgear, etc.
- Experience with design and implementation of control schemes for power systems is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
