Filipino Barista in Herzliya

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Filipino Barista to join our team in Herzliya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. You should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Take orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and follow recipes accurately
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed
- Adhere to food safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for tips.

Location: Herzliya, Israel. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
