Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, identifying and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and software applications
- Experience with networking protocols and troubleshooting methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving attitude

Salary: 1700$ per month
