Technical Support Specialist


Our growing technology company is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connections
- Provide guidance on product features and functionality to customers
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products, technologies, and industry trends
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours technical support

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or Urdu is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position.

Location:
This job is located in Herzliya. Candidates from Pakistan or Egypt are preferred but not required.

Accommodation:
